La casa situada frente a la iglesia en el pequeño pueblo de Lliber está siendo completamente renovada en torno a un pequeño patio mediterráneo con piscina, donde los antiguos establos de burros se han convertido en una casa independiente con la suite principal en el piso de arriba y bajo un porche comedor junto a la piscina.
En el interior de la casa, la intención es simplemente ampliar los espacios existentes, creando un entorno más diáfano, pero conservando el sabor de la antigua casa y enfatizando la relación con el patio mediante el uso de grandes ventanales, que se pueden plegar para desaparecer visualmente. En la planta superior se retiró parte del tejado para crear una terraza con vistas al valle y a los viñedos.
Aislamos el tejado y las paredes para mejorar el rendimiento energético del edificio, y la integración de tecnologías bioclimáticas y sostenibles ha mejorado la eficiencia energética de la casa y contribuido a su sostenibilidad medioambiental.
El resultado es una casa confortable, un oasis mediterráneo contemporáneo en un pequeño entorno rural del interior de Alicante.

The house in front of the church in the small village of Lliber is being completely renovated around a small Mediterranean courtyard with swimming pool, where the old donkey stables have been converted into a separate house with the master suite upstairs and under a dining porch next to the pool.
Inside the house, the intention is simply to enlarge the existing spaces, creating a more diaphanous environment, but retaining the flavour of the old house and emphasising the relationship with the courtyard through the use of large windows that can be folded away to disappear visually. On the upper floor, part of the roof has been removed to create a terrace with views over the valley and vineyards.
We have insulated the roof and walls to improve the energy performance of the building, and the integration of bioclimatic and sustainable technologies has improved the energy efficiency of the house and contributed to its environmental sustainability.
The result is a comfortable home, a contemporary Mediterranean oasis in a small rural setting in the interior of Alicante.

Das Haus vor der Kirche in dem kleinen Dorf Lliber wird rund um einen kleinen mediterranen Innenhof mit Swimmingpool komplett renoviert. Die alten Eselstallungen wurden in ein separates Haus umgewandelt, in dem sich im Obergeschoss die Master-Suite und darunter eine Essveranda neben dem Pool befindet.
Im Inneren des Hauses sollen die vorhandenen Räume einfach vergrößert werden, um eine durchlässigere Umgebung zu schaffen, wobei jedoch das Flair des alten Hauses beibehalten und die Beziehung zum Innenhof durch große Fenster, die sich wegklappen lassen, um optisch zu verschwinden, betont wird. Im Obergeschoss wurde ein Teil des Daches entfernt, um eine Terrasse mit Blick auf das Tal und die Weinberge zu schaffen.
Wir haben das Dach und die Wände isoliert, um die Energieleistung des Gebäudes zu verbessern, und die Integration bioklimatischer und nachhaltiger Technologien hat die Energieeffizienz des Hauses verbessert und zu seiner ökologischen Nachhaltigkeit beigetragen.
Das Ergebnis ist ein komfortables Haus, eine moderne mediterrane Oase in einer kleinen ländlichen Ortschaft im Hinterland von Alicante.
